"I am extremely upset and disappointed by the lack of responsibility shown by this agency. I purchased a car on December 26, 2025, and promptly updated my policy. I was told that a physical inspection of the vehicle was required, so I came into the office immediately, on December 29. Adrianna took photos of the exterior of the car as well as the odometer. At first, I was told they didn't take pictures in the rain, but I had only an 8 day period to have the inspection done and I was preparing for a vacation so I was accommodated. To my surprise, on Saturday, January 10, 2026, I received notice from State Farm by mail stating that my physical damage coverage (comprehensive and collision) had been suspended as of January 3, 2026, with a mail date of January 6, 2026. This means I have unknowingly been driving without coverage for seven days, despite doing everything I was instructed to do. I attempted to call customer service, which was no help, the representative was anxious to end the call, saying "she couldn't help me further." Additionally the hold time prior to speaking to an agent was ridiculous. I am also annoyed the agency is closed on weekends. Because most issues can only be resolved through the office, I now have to wait until Monday to address this situation. In the meantime, I am unable to drive my car. I work on the weekends. I am certainly apprehensive about continuing business with this agency, due to inconvenience, the lack of support from customer service and negligence. Overall, my experience has been extremely upsetting and disappointing."
